VOULGARAKIS IN THE U.S.A. – Working Together Towards a Common Policy in the Balkans

O υπουργός Δημόσιας Tάξης του εξήγησε ότι η απελευθέρωση ενός κρατουμένου με σοβαρά προβλήματα υγείας εντάσσεται σε ένα διαφορετικό νομικό καθεστώς από αυτό των HΠA, το οποίο ισχύει στην Eυρώπη.
Σε ό,τι αφορά τη δολοφονία του ειδικού φρουρού, ο υπουργός επισήμανε ότι απασχολεί πολύ σοβαρά και τις ελληνικές αρχές, αλλά δεν υπάρχουν στοιχεία που να οδηγούν τις έρευνες προς μία κατεύθυνση. O κ. The Minister of Public Order explained that a release of a prisoner suffering from a serious health condition was in full accordance with the laws of the European Union, which differ from those applicable in the USA.

Związki między depresją a chorobą wieńcową są szeroko dyskutowane w piśmiennictwie. Depresja zwiększa ryzyko rozwoju choroby wieńcowej oraz zaostrzenia jej przebiegu. Może również doprowadzić do zgonu sercowego [1, 21.]
Niektóre spośród różnych mechanizmów biologicznych warunkujących te zależności (tj. zwiększona aktywność płytek krwi, aktywacja prozapalnych cytokin, dysfunkcja śródbłonka naczyniowego [2]) mogą mieć znaczenie także w patogenezie żylnej choroby zakrzepowo-zatorowej (VTE).
Częstość występowania VTE u osób z rozpoznaną depresją nie jest znana. Dostępne opisy przypadków obejmują osoby z ciężkim przebiegiem depresji wymagającym leczenia szpitalnego [3,4].
The interdependency between depression and coronary artery disease has been widely discussed in medical literature. Depression increases the risk of developing coronary heart disease, and it may contribute to a further aggravation the course of the condition, if pre-existing. It may also lead to cardiac death [1, 2].
Some of the different biological mechanisms conditioning these interrelations (such as: increased activity of platelets, activation of pro-inflammatory cytokines, vascular endothelial dysfunction [2]) may also be of crucial importance in the pathogenesis of venous thromboembolism (VTE).
The incidence rate of VTE in patients with diagnosed depression is unknown. The available case studies include patients with a severe course of depression requiring inpatient treatment [3, 4].

Das Konzept der übernatürlichen Heimat der Tiere ist beispielsweise bei den nördlichen Algonkin, den Naskapi und Montagnais folgendermaßen ausgedrückt:
Das Karibou lebt in einem großen Haus in den Bergen. Der Herr der Karibous ist zum einen Teil ein Mensch, zum anderen Teil selbst ein riesiges Karibou. Die Geister der Karibous erscheinen dem Jäger im Traum und lehren ihm ihre Lieder. Dadurch kann jeder Naskapi zu einer gewissen magischen Macht gelangen.

These ways of life not only feature the corresponding economic and technological characteristics, but they also shape the mythical and religious worldview of the peoples who practice them. (..)
For example, the concept of the supernatural home of animals is expressed as follows among the northern Algonquin, the Naskapi and the Montagnais:
Caribou live in a big house in the mountains. The lord of caribou is partly a human being and partly a giant caribou. It is said that caribou live in their homeland in summer and are sent down by the Lord of the Beasts in autumn, so that they can be available to human hunters.
If they then observe the hunting taboos and obtain permission to hunt from the Lord of the Beasts, then the animals may be hunted down.
The spirits of caribou appear to the hunter in a dream and teach him their songs. This enables each Naskapi to gain a certain magical power.

Minister ds. Porządku Publicznego wyjaśnił, że zwolnienie z więzienia skazańca cierpiącego na poważne problemy zdrowotne pozostaje w pełnej zgodzie z prawem obowiązującym w Unii Europejskiej, które różni się od prawa właściwego Stanów Zjednoczonych. Co się natomiast tyczy zabójstwa strażnika w Kifisia, p. Minister zaznaczył, że władze greckie traktują tą sprawę z najwyższą powagą, lecz jakkolwiek, na chwilę obecną, brakuje dowodów, które skierowałyby śledztwo na jeden konkretny tor.
Pan Burns wykazał pełne zrozumienie skomplikowanej natury podobnych spraw, podając jako przykład kazus terrorysty z Atlanty pojmanego przez FBI raptem kila dni wcześniej po ośmioletnim pościgu.

66-letni pacjent z implantowanym ICD w lipcu b.r., z utrwalonym migotaniem przedsionków, został przyięty do Kliniki celem wykonania testu kardiowertera – defibrylatora. W wywiadzie tolerancja wysiłków na jednakowym poziomie w ciągu ostatnich miesięcy, udokumentowane, terapeutyczne poziomy INR w ciągu ostatnich 4 tygodni. W badaniu fizykalnym stwierdzono niemiarową czynność serca.
EKG:
Migotanie przedsionków z czynnością komór ok. 70/min. W badaniu echokardiograficznym z dn. 01.09.2011 opisywano m.in. powiększoną lewą komorę serca. z zaburzeniami kurczliwości regionalnej, o upośledzonej funkcji skurczowej (EF 20-25%) oraz istotnej hemodynamicznie niedomykalności zastawki mitralnej i trójdzielnej, a także prawidłowo ufiksowaną elektrodę komorową.
EPICRISIS:
The 66-year-old patient with an ICD implanted in July (of the current year) and with permanent atrial fibrillation, was admitted to our Centre in order to undergo a cardioverter-defibrillator test. The anamnesis stated stress tolerance of the same level as in recent months, together with documented target therapeutic INR levels over the last 4 weeks. Irregular heartbeat was detected during a physical examination.
ECG:
AFib with ventricular response of about 70 beats/min. Echocardiography dated 09-01-2011 showed left ventricular enlargement with regional wall motion abnormalities and a systolic dysfunction (EF of 20-25%), as well as hemodynamically significant mitral and tricuspid regurgitation. The examination further indicated the correct positioning of the ventricular lead.

Aneurisma cerebral
(Problema Principal)
A Paciente de 33 años que en contexto de cefalea le realizaron un RNM cerebral donde se evidencia aneurisma oftalmico derecho, saliendo la oftalmica de la base.
Se realizarón dos intentos de tratamiento endovascular con stent desviador de flujo Pip***ne en la Ciudad de Rosario, los cuales fueron fallidos, por lo cual es derivada a la Clínica Sa***da Fa***ia para manejo.
Bajo anestesia general, previa asepsia y antisepsia de ambas regiones inguinales. Se punciona la arteria femoral derecha y posterior introductor 8 Fr.
Se realiza arteriografía de vasos supra-aórticos, observando en arteria carótida interna derecha y en segmento oftálmico, aneurisma sacular de 5 mm, emergiendo la arteria oftálmica desde su base, por lo cual requiere tratamiento endovascular con stent diversor de flujo.
Cerebral Aneurysm (Main Issue)
The 33-year-old patient had an MRI brain scan performed due to the headaches she had been experiencing; the scan revealed a right ophthalmic artery aneurysm, whereby the ophthalmic artery was emerging from the base of the aneurysm.
Two attempts at an endovascular treatment using a Pip***neTM flow-diverting stent had been undertaken in the City of Rosario; however, they both proved unsuccessful, and, therefore, the Patient was referred to the Sag***a Fa***ia Clinic for further treatment.
With the patient under general anaesthesia, following an asepsis and antisepsis of both groin areas, the right femoral artery and the posterior femoral artery were punctured to introduce a size-8 catheter (as per the French scale).
An arteriography of the supra-aortic vessels was performed, revealing a 5-mm saccular aneurysm in the right internal carotid artery and in the ophthalmic segment, with the ophthalmic artery emerging from the base of the aneurism, thus requiring an endovascular treatment with a flow-diverting stent.

Art. 11. Obligaciones
Son obligaciones de cada propietario:
a) Respetar las instalaciones generales de la comunidad y demás elementos comunes, ya sean de uso general o privativo de cualquiera de los propietarios, estén o no incluidos en su piso o local, haciendo un uso adecuado de los mismos y evitando en todo omento que se causen daños o desperfectos. (…)
c) Consentir en su vivienda o local las reparaciones que exija el servicio del inmueble y permitir en él las servidumbres imprescindibles requeridas para la creación de servicios comunes de interés general que hayan sido acordados.
d) Contribuir, con arreglo a la cuota de participación fijada en el título o a lo especialmente establecido, a los gastos generales o extraordinarios para el adecuado sostenimiento del inmueble, sus servicios, cargas y responsabilidades que no sean susceptibles de individualización; así como a satisfacer la cantidad que le corresponda por los ya efectuados, dentro de los cinco días siguientes al de la fecha en que deban hacerse efectivos, devengando el descubierto desde entonces el interés de demora del 10% anual. f) Comunicar a quien ejerza las funciones de secretario de la comunidad, por cualquier medio que permita tener constancia de su recepción, el domicilio en España a efectos de citaciones y notificaciones de toda índole relacionadas con la comunidad; además de comunicar el cambio de titularidad de la vivienda o local. Sin perjuicio de lo establecido en el artículo 4.
Art. 11. Obligations
The obligations incumbent upon each Owner are the following:
a) to respect the general facilities and installations of the Community and o ther common elements – be they destined for general or private use – of any of the owners and whether or not they are included in their residential or co mmercial premises, while making p roper us e of them and ensuring at all times that no damage thereto or malfunction thereof is caused in the process of such usufruct.

Osiągnięcia fizyki atomowej, jądrowej i kwantowej w istotny sposób zmieniły pojęcia o budowie materii. Dziś cząstki elementarne nie są uważane za ściśle elementarne, mogą okazać się czymś złożonym.
Te elementarne cząstki można dzisiaj zaszeregować w grupy: leptony, nukleony, hiperony i mezony. Wzajemne współoddziaływanie między cząstkami tworzy złożoność struktury świata. Są to oddziaływania jądrowe, elektromagnetyczne i słabe. Obowiązują w nich zasady zachowania ładunku, liczby cząstek ciężkich, energii, pędu, spinu.
Oddziaływanie cząstek na siebie jak i na inne cząstki dokonujące się za pośrednictwem wytworzonego przez siebie pola (elektromagnetycznego, nukleonowego, mezonowego) wiąże się z pewną energią zgodnie z równaniem Einsteina, a więc i z pewną masą. W myśl teorii Lorenza zarówno energia jak i masa cząstki w ruchu będzie odpowiednio większa od masy cząstek będących w bezruchu. Wzór Einsteina oznacza, że masa i energia są równoważne i mogą przechodzić jedna w drugą. Stąd cząstka wypromieniowująca energię traci równocześnie wskutek tego masę. Ten fakt pozwala zrozumieć materialną istotę promieniowania.
W teorii kwantów promieniowanie posiada strukturę cząsteczkową, rozchodzi się w przestrzeni w postaci fotonów o energii hn, gdzie h – stała Plancka, n – częstość. Wprowadzenie przez de Broglie’a teorii ruchu falowego do mechaniki kwantowej pozwoliło przyporządkować każdej cząstce określone zjawisko falowe. E. Schrödinger wykorzystał te cechy kwantowo-falowe do określenia stanu kwantowego elektronów w atomie, a tym samym ukazał możliwość określenia parametrów ruchu elektronów w dowolnym miejscu pola.
The reality which surrounds us is composed of matter, particles, atoms and molecules that make up inanimate objects and living organisms. The achievements of atomic nuclear and quantum physics have significantly changed the concepts of the structure of matter. Today, elementary particles are not regarded as strictly elementary; in fact, they may prove to be a complex matter.
These elementary particles can now be categorised into: leptons, nucleons, mesons and hyperons. The mutual interaction between these particles is what creates the complex structure of our world. We are talking here about nuclear, electromagnetic and weak impact. It is bound by the principle of charge conservation, the number of heavy particles, energy, momentum and spin.
The interaction of particles and the impact they have on each other and on other particles, which takes place through the fields they create (electromagnetic, nucleon, meson) is associated with a certain energy according to Einstein’s equation, and so, with a certain mass as well. According to Lorenz’s theory, both the energy and mass of the particle in motion will be respectively greater than the mass of the particles being at rest. Einstein’s formula means that mass and energy are equivalent and can turn from one into another. Thus, an energy-releasing particle consequently loses some of its mass, too. This fact allows us to understand the substantive nature of radiation.
In quantum theory, radiation has a molecular structure, spreading out into the space in the form of photons of hn energy, where h represents Planck constant and n is frequency. The introduction of the wave motion theory to quantum mechanics effectuated by de Broglie allowed us to assign each particle a specific wave phenomenon. E. Schrödinger employed these quantum-wave properties to determine the quantum state of electrons in the atom, thus showing the possibility to determine parameters of the electron motion anywhere in the field.

Zastosowane w badaniach sprawności narracyjnej próby eksperymentalno-kliniczne zostały ułożone zgodnie z koncepcją Iwana Pietrowicza Pawłowa (1952) i Kazimierza Obuchowskiego (1970) o hierarchicznym porządku procesów orientacyjnych.
Odwołując się do antylokalizacyjnej koncepcji działania mózgu (za: Maruszewski, 1970; por. Panasiuk, 2012, s. 600–601), można przyjąć, że najbardziej podatne na rozpad w przypadku schorzeń neurologicznych są te płaszczyzny operowania językiem, które są związane z mówieniem niestereotypowym, nieszablonowym, nieschematycznym.
Stąd próby eksperymentalno-kliniczne były tak dobrane, aby móc ocenić sprawności narracyjne badanych mężczyzn na różnych poziomach złożenia – od ukonkretnionych, mocno związanych z jednostkowym doświadczeniem, do najbardziej abstrakcyjnych i symbolicznych, których interpretacja wymaga oderwania się od konkretu.
Jakościową analizę zebranych wypowiedzi narracyjnych przeprowadziłam za pomocą procedur zaproponowanych przez: Barbarę Bokus (1991, 2000), Stanisława Grabiasa (2012, s. 62–64), a także autorów Logopedycznego testu przesiewowego dla dzieci w wieku szkolnym (Grabias, Kurkowski, Woźniak, 2002, s. 28; por. The experimental and clinical trials implemented in the study of narrative efficiency were arranged in accordance with the concept formulated by Ivan Petrovich Pavlov (1952) and Kazimierz Obuchowski (1970) on the hierarchical order of the orientation processes.
In reference to the anti-localisation concept of the brain’s functioning (as cited in: Maruszewski, 1970; cf. Panasiuk, 2012, pp. 600-601), it can be assumed that in the case of neurological diseases, those levels of language use that are associated with non-stereotypical, non-standard and non-schematic speech are most susceptible to disintegration.
Hence, the experimental and clinical trials were selected in such a way, so as to be able to assess the narrative skills of the studied men at various levels of complexity – from specific and strongly related to individual experience, to the most abstract and symbolic ones, the interpretation of which requires a separation from specificity.
I conducted a qualitative analysis of the collected narrative statements using the procedures proposed by: Barbara Bokus (1991, 2000), Stanisław Grabias (2012, pp. 62-64), as well as by the authors of the Speech Therapy Screening Test for School-Age Children (Logopedycznego testu przesiewowego dla dzieci w wieku szkolnym, Grabias, Kurkowski, Woźniak, 2002, p. 28; cf. Die Abschlussuntersuchung und Nachbeobachtung umfasst folgende Untersuchungen:

Lo anterior se aplicará asimismo si interrumpe el estudio antes de tiempo, si su tumor continúa creciendo o si experimenta efectos secundarios inaceptables o si decide no continuar participando en el estudio clínico. Estas pruebas también se repiten como parte del análisis de seguimiento 28 días después de la última ingesta del medicamento del estudio.

Entsprechende Bänder müssen in Reihenfolge anlaufen. Zum Beispiel: bei der Stahlschrottentsorgung, startet Band 3A, und nach Zeitverzögerung Band 4 und bei der Alluminiumschrottversorgung Band 3B und kurz dann Band 4. Dazu Band 5 darf nur laufen wenn das Band 4 am Laufen und das Band 4 fordert das gleiche Material, was auf dem Band 5 liegt.
Schrott auf Band 5 kommen aus Vorschnittanlage. Diese Anlage is unabhängig von der Presse. Fals die Vorschnittanlage eine andere Schrottsorte, als vom Band 4 gefordert wird, wird dieser Schrott auf dem stillstehendem Band 5 gesammelt. Erst wenn die gleiche Schrottsorte am Band 4 transportiert wird, kann das Band 5 geleert werden. Solange das Band 5 nich geleert wurde, darf die andere Schrottsorte von der Vorschnittanlage nicht kommen.
Las bandas correspondientes deben ser actuadas en orden. Beim Durchströmen der Nanokanäle entsteht ein Spin aus Molekülen, der als Vektor von Mikrorotationen sichtbar wird. Die kovalenten interatomaren Kräfte und die inneren Freiheitsgrade der Moleküle scheinen wichtige Faktoren zu sein, die ihre Entstehung beeinflussen. Bei Strömungen in Nanokanälen wirken Oberflächenkräfte dezentral auf die Flüssigkeitsmoleküle ein und bewirken, dass diese rotieren (wodurch Energie für die Rotationsfreiheitsgrade bereitgestellt wird).
Dadurch können einzelne Partikel komplexer Flüssigkeiten (Bioflüssigkeiten, Flüssigkristalle, feine Suspensionen) im Allgemeinen unabhängig von der Durchschnittsbewegung rotieren, was die Gesamtbewegung der Flüssigkeit erheblich beeinflusst und eine zusätzliche Energiedissipation verursacht.
Dieser Effekt wird besonders deutlich, wenn wir Flüssigkeitsströme mit mehratomigen Molekülen (Bioflüssigkeiten, polare Flüssigkeiten) betrachten und wenn der Kanaldurchmesser sehr klein ist. Dieser Effekt ist bei Strömungen durch die Nanokanäle als Bildung einer Mikrorotation von Molekülen zu beobachten, die sich von der lokalen Flüssigkeitswirbelstärke rotV (V – Flüssigkeits-geschwindigkeit) unterscheidet. Das Vorhandensein von Mikrorotationen führt zur Bildung eines Impulsspannungstensors. Wenn die Breite des Nanokanals zunimmt, verschwindet die Mikrorotation.

During the flow through the nanochannels, a spin of molecules is formed which becomes visible as the vector of microrotations. The covalent interatomic forces and the internal degrees of freedom of the molecules appear to constitute important factors influencing its formation. In flows in nanochannels, surface forces interact non-centrally on the fluid molecules and cause them to rotate (thus providing energy to the rotational degrees of freedom).
As a result, individual particles of complex fluids (bioliquids, liquid crystals, fine suspensions) can, in general, rotate independently of the average movement, which significantly affects the overall motion of the fluid and causes additional energy dissipation.
This effect is particularly evident when we consider fluid flows with polyatomic molecules (bioliquids, polar fluids) and when the channel diameter is very small. This effect is observable during flows through the nanochannels as a formation of a microrotation of molecules which is different from the local fluid vorticity, rotV (V – fluid velocity). The presence of microrotations causes the formation of a momentum stress tensor. If the width of the nanochannel increases, the microrotation disappears.

Pianista – Łukasz Byrdy od początku grał ten koncert w stylu klasycznym, przestrzegając wszelkich jego rygorów. Zatem jego wykonanie można uznać za wzorcowe. Polegało to u niego na skrupulatnie pilnowanym rytmie i umiarkowanym tempie, graniu bez dźwiękowej przesady. Poza tym, wykonawca przestrzegał równych nasileń w biegnikach i trzymał się innych, podobnych zasadach stylistycznych.
W pierwszej części koncertu pianista pozwolił sobie na przyspieszenie kadencji, co jednak jest przyjęte, jako że kadencję grywa się swobodniej niż całość koncertu.
Druga część oczywiście mocno kontrastowała z pierwszą, bo też miała być grana w znacznie wolniejszym tempie. Pianista bardzo trafnie wyczuł jej przytłumiony charakter i grał ją ciszej, spokojniej, powoli – jakby w zamyśleniu. Bardzo dobrze dostosował się do tego nastroju kwartet smyczkowy, tworząc raczej tylko tło dla gry pianisty, niż partie równorzędne.
Wielkie ożywienie wprowadziła za to część trzecia koncertu, przede wszystkim przez bardzo pogodny nastrój. Od pierwszych taktów miało się wrażenie, że słucha się radosnego walca. Łukasz Byrdy grał błyskotliwe figuracje, a kwartet smyczkowy za nimi podążał. Dalej muzyka toczyła się żywo, w sporym tempie i rozkręcała się na tyle, że stawała się nieomal skoczna. A pianista realizował wszystkie kolejne dźwięki tak wzorowo, jakby to było łatwe. I dalej ciągnęła się potoczysta ciągłość, choć miejscami zdarzały się krótkie, nieco wolniejsze epizody. Ale całość tej części wydawała się radosna i tak się też zakończyła.
W sumie – wykonanie tego koncertu było bardzo stylowe i wręcz bezbłędne.

From the very beginning, pianist Łukasz Byrdy played this concert in the classical style, respecting all its rigours. Consequently, his performance can be considered exemplary. This excellence consisted in meticulously observing the rhythm, while maintaining a moderate pace, as well as in playing without a certain audial exaggeration; furthermore, the performer respected equal intensifications in passages while following other similar stylistic principles.
In the first part of the concerto, the pianist indulged in accelerating the cadence, which is acceptable, as this movement is usually played more freely than the remaining part of the concerto.
Naturally, the second part strongly contrasted with the first one, as it was meant to be played at a much slower pace. The pianist very accurately sensed its subdued character and played it quietly, calmly and slowly – as if steeped deep in thought. The mood of the string quartet adapted itself very well to this manner of playing, creating more of a backdrop for the pianist than an equivalent element of the performance.
A great revival was introduced by the third part of the concerto, mostly owing to its cheerful mood. From the first bars, one was under the impression of listening to a joyous waltz. Łukasz Byrdy played some brilliant figurations, while the string quartet followed him closely. Then, the music flowed on lively, at a great pace, so much so that it nearly grew vivacious in tone. The pianist executed all the subsequent notes with such perfection that he made the task seem easy. Afterwards, a flowy continuity unfolded, albeit alternated with short, slightly slower episodes. However, the entirety of this part seemed to be joyful and it did end as such.
To sum up – the performance of this concerto was very stylish and virtually flawless.

(…) thereafter, as one may know, the wooden wagons which can be found throughout towns and cities and which had been adapted for domestic use to meet various necessities of the inhabitants of the cantons are leased by these gypsies at low prices in the winter, when the gold pickers are not lodging in them. They also dedicate themselves to farming work during harvest time and to fruit picking, with which labour they prove useful to the Royal Treasury, while also serving the common good of the people.
Hence, as has been already demonstrated, preventing them from exercising the gold washing, simultaneously entails the loss of the profits arising therefrom, which is particularly worth consideration, since producing a new amount of the noble metal raises the annual value of total common funds in such a manner that, for instance, the wealth of this particular province, which is devoid of foreign trade routes, is greatly increased thereby. Therefore, while those riches strengthen the Royal Treasury and command public respect, the situation is nonetheless fraught with certain danger.
Judging by such condition of the Gypsy gold-washers and their mode of living, it seemed to the Imperial representative of the Transylvanian Chamber (Thesaurariatus) of Mining – which he noted in his afore-mentioned presentation published on the 8th of February of the year 1781 in the Royal Gubernia on the subject of the domiciliation of the Gypsy gold-pickers – that it would be unfeasible to convert them to the mode of fixed living quarters. He presents some compelling arguments to support this supposition in his above-mentioned presentation.
Namely, he claims that since they remain firm in their wish to roam freely, deeming it their mode of living, and seeing that this lifestyle is still flourishing amongst them, whence it proceeds that they would not be able to stay in one domicile to perform their gold-washing practices. It is not a question of seasons, whether to tax them in the spring, or in the summer, since it is known from experience that gold, which they themselves are obliged to manage throughout the year for the benefit of the Treasury, does not always wash up in the same spot. It is true that the rivers, brooks, and streams which carry gold are spread out throughout the entire province, and they differ greatly in terms of the condition of the flow of water, and so they deposit gold in places which are located very far from one another. The gold-pickers themselves have made numerous unsuccessful attempts at investigating the river bank at a distance of many miles and they failed to retrieve any gold.
Consequently, the gold-pickers must continuously change residence with their entire families and are thus unable to remain in one fixed domicile, not even during winter time, as it would certainly follow that the aforementioned gold-washers are not able to earn their living by gold picking alone, and having purified the retrieved gold over the summer, which is to be annually managed by them for the benefit of the Royal Treasury, they then obtain their sustenance during winter by means of manufacturing various wooden recipients and vessels.
Hence, due to this approach and reasoning, in winter time they head off to search the subalpine regions, which tend to be especially abundant in beech trees. They were assigned a lax moderate tax for obtaining timber for the manufacturing of vessels and transporting it to the locations where they would erect their winter lodgings, which tax was payable to the landlords or to the communities.
And so the Gypsies themselves, due to the very nature of their trade and in order to be able to sell their manufactured goods, are forced to stay in some locations for longer periods of time than in others. And so they are impelled to move to their winter-time lodgings both in view of the wood (supplies) and in order to seek their own sustenance.
